Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, staff, coordinate, and periodically review development programs.
- Lead and take ownership of assigned tasks, fostering team collaboration across different sites.
- Coordinate and actively participate in scrum teams, driving development initiatives.
- Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 1-4 years of experience in Android application development.
- Proficiency in Java or Kotlin for Android application development.
- Familiarity with mobile application development tools (e.g., GIT, JIRA), testing, Agile/Kanban processes, and configuration management.
- Strong project management and people management skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Willingness to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
- 1-year contract with the possibility of extension.
