Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration (Master’s preferred).
- 5+years of HR experience, with significant leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare environment.
- HRCI PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment law, labor relations, HRIS systems, and strategic planning.
