The Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced recruitment consultants who are open to relocating to New York and want a clearly structured path to make it happen. You’ll start in our London HQ, working closely with our U.S. leadership team while your visa is arranged. Once processed, you’ll join our growing NYC office full-time.

This is a full 360° recruitment role focused on permanent or contract hiring across our specialist Data & AI markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Client Growth: Build a strong client base within data & analytics sectors, either from scratch or by leveraging existing accounts.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use headhunting techniques and market mapping to deliver top talent to U.S.-based roles.
• Account Management: Own and nurture client relationships, supporting delivery and expansion in the NYC market.

What We’re Looking For

• Recruitment experience in a technical market.
• A desire to relocate to New York long-term and build a career there.
• Proven track record of success, whether on contract or perm.
• Confidence, drive, and a strong commercial mindset.
