We are seeking a talented and detail‑oriented User Experience (UX) Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our product design team. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of user‑centered design principles, excels in translating business requirements into intuitive interfaces, and is proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to design seamless digital experiences that delight users and drive business outcomes.

User Research & Strategy
- Conduct user research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and competitor analysis.
- Translate research insights into experience maps, personas, and journey maps.
- Understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints to shape design strategy.
- Create wireframes, low/high‑fidelity prototypes, user flows, and interaction models.
- Develop pixel‑perfect UI designs aligned with brand and accessibility guidelines.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries.

- Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, QA, Marketing).
- Present design concepts, rationales, and prototypes to stakeholders.
- Collaborate through agile processes, participate in grooming, sprints, and design reviews.
- Deliver production‑ready design assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects optional).
- Ensure designs meet usability standards and accessibility (WCAG) guidelines.
- Support developers during implementation and perform design QA.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on UX/UI design experience in digital products (web & mobile).
- Expert‑level proficiency in Figma; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user‑centered design, design thinking, and UX research methods.
- Ability to create visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive interfaces.
- Experience with prototyping, user testing, and iterative design.
- Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and modern UI patterns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing real‑world UX projects, processes, and outcomes.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of front‑end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with motion design or micro‑interaction tools (Lottie, After Effects).
- Experience designing enterprise or SaaS products.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and passion for creating user‑friendly experiences.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
