We’re looking for a Veterinary Clinical Director to join the founding team. This isn’t a standard job listing. It’s an invitation to build the most progressive veterinary brand in the Middle East.

The Role

You’ll be the clinical heartbeat of this venture. You won’t just practise medicine — you’ll define the clinical protocols, the standard of care, and the culture that every vet who joins after you will inherit. You’ll have full clinical autonomy: no corporate playbook, no committee sign-offs, no one overriding your medical judgement. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founding team to design patient journeys that are as seamless as the technology powering them.

You’ll be accountable for clinical revenue and productivity — driving case value, treatment plan uptake, and clinical efficiency across the network. You’ll be expected to understand the numbers, influence them directly through the quality and consistency of clinical care, and prove that excellent medicine drives excellent business outcomes.

As we scale, you’ll become the mentor and clinical leader for every veterinarian who joins the network. You’ll shape how they practise, how they think, and how they grow. If you’ve ever wanted to leave a genuine mark on the next generation of vets in this region — this is that role.

Day to day, you’ll be:

•      Leading consultations — complex cases, second opinions, and setting the clinical standard through your own caseload

•      Performing and overseeing surgeries, from routine procedures to advanced soft tissue and orthopaedic cases

•      Interpreting diagnostics — in-house lab work, imaging, and leveraging AI-powered clinical decision-support tools

•      Designing and implementing clinical protocols, treatment guidelines, and standard operating procedures across all clinics

•      Mentoring and developing associate veterinarians — case reviews, clinical coaching, and building a culture of continuous improvement

•      Collaborating with the Practice Manager on scheduling, clinical capacity planning, and operational workflow

•      Reviewing clinical performance data — case outcomes, client feedback, treatment uptake, and revenue per consultation — and using insights to raise the bar

•      Building relationships with specialist referral partners and diagnostic lab providers
