As our Head of Product Design, you’ll lead the creation of intuitive, elegant UI/UX experiences that redefine how finance and accounting team work. You’ll set the vision and scale our design systems and user journeys from the ground up, move quickly, and see features go end-to-end multiple times each week.

This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

Where you'll create impact

• Own the end-to-end design of the DualEntry platform - from web to mobile

• Translate complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces
• Create and evolve a scalable component-based design system in Figma
• Work closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate often
• Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability
• Help define our design culture and constantly find ways to improve our product development speed
  
  

What Sets You Up For Success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency
• 7+ years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end with at least 2+ years' operating at a senior or leadership level
• Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems
• Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual detail
• Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $65,000 - $125,000
• Base salary: $150,000 - $275,000
• 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
