We specialize in scalable, secure, and cloud-first strategies tailored to modern business needs. As we expand our global team, we are looking for a skilled Network Engineer with deep Fortinet expertise to join our remote operations team.
Role Overview
As a Network & Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, and securing client network environments with a strong focus on Fortinet security solutions. You’ll work closely with our US-based clients and internal technical teams to provide advanced support, proactive monitoring, and continuous improvement of network and security infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure network solutions based on Fortinet technologies (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, etc.)
- Monitor and maintain client network environments for performance, availability, and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and firewall issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN)
- Perform regular security assessments and implement best practices for network hardening
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and procedures
- Support onboarding of new clients and network migrations
- Collaborate with the US-based NOC/SOC and technical account managers
- Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats and mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in network and security engineering, preferably within an MSP environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Fortinet products (FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAP)
- Fortinet NSE certifications (NSE 4 minimum required; NSE 5/6/7 preferred)
- Solid understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, NAT, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN) and SD-WAN
- Familiarity with security tools and practices (IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, SIEM)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with attention to detail
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working independently and with remote teams
