Skills & Role Content Specialist at BairesDev


We are looking for a Skills, Role Content & Hiring Definition Specialist to join our Talent organization. In this role, you will design the skills, competencies, job descriptions, and hiring criteria that define how our Talent team assesses, selects, and develops high-quality professionals, bringing clarity and consistency to role content and frameworks.

If you love structuring information, writing role content, and creating frameworks that drive clarity and performance, this role is for you.


What You'll Do:


- Develop and maintain competency models, skills frameworks, and proficiency levels for Talent roles.

- Write and update job descriptions, including responsibilities, requirements, must-have skills, and role expectations.

- Translate role needs into clear hiring criteria, ensuring alignment with Technical and non-Technical requirements.

- Create structured behavioral descriptors that support hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

- Map skills and competencies across seniority levels (Junior → Senior).

- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Role Architecture, Enablement, L&D, Governance, and Performance to ensure consistency and accuracy.

- Govern updates to ensure all role content remains clear, standardized, and up-to-date.


What we are looking for:


- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, HR Consulting, or Competency Framework Design

- Demonstrated experience creating competency models, skills matrices, behavioral indicators, or hiring content.

- Strong ability to structure information and write clear, concise role content.

- Advanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets and documentation tools such as Notion or Confluence.

- Experience with flowchart or mapping tools such as Miro or Lucidchart.

- Experience working with cross-functional HR or Talent teams.

- Advanced level of English.
