Product Designer

Go Offer is an AI-powered platform that helps people land their dream jobs in the US. We're building a product at the intersection of edtech, career coaching, and automation — from landing pages and personal dashboards to AI tools that save clients 20+ hours a week. 500+ people worldwide have already found jobs with our help — at Google, Meta, Amazon, JPMorgan, and Disney. We're looking for a Product Designer to make that experience even clearer, more beautiful, and more converting

What you'll do

• Design and evolve the UX/UI across our entire product ecosystem
• Collaborate with the founder, developers, and mentors — from discovery to final design
• Build and maintain the design system

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in product design (SaaS, edtech, or consumer is a big plus)
• Strong Figma skills (Auto Layout, Components, Variables)
• You design not just beautifully, but thoughtfully — you can explain the reasoning behind every decision
• Experience working with data: A/B tests, metrics, analytics

Nice to have

• Background in edtech or HR-tech
• Understanding of the US job search market
