  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level experience in electrical systems and  SolidWorks (Solid Modeling and PDM), expertise in risk management across product life cycle, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.

Bonus Points for:

  • Advanced Degree in Engineering, Physics or a related technical field
  • Electronics Design Experience: Experience with grounding schemes, EMI/EMC mitigation, and low-noise analog signal paths
  • Experience in LabVIEW development and FPGA firmware development
  • Knowledge of Python, Machine Learning, or Computer Vision.
  • Hands-on experience with ultrafast optics, lasers, and precision imaging systems
  • Experience with precision optical assemblies, lasers and microscopes.
  • Knowledge of optomechanical stability, thermal expansion management, and vibration isolation techniques for precision optical systems
  • Experience with Product Life Cycle management practices.
  • Experience with Environmental Testing.
  • Certifications in Six Sigma or Quality Management
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with design for manufacturing.
