Job Description

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team and drive cloud and developer-platform initiatives. You will be responsible for designing cloud architecture to centralize automation, writing Helm charts, optimizing Docker images, provisioning Terraform resources in GCP, and evaluating our security posture.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement cloud architecture solutions.
• Centralize and automate workflows through developer tooling.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes deployments.
• Optimize Docker images for performance, security, and maintainability.
• Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Evaluate and improve the organization’s security posture, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, reliable, and secure systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as DevOps Engineer and previous experience as a Software Engineer
• 2+ years of experience building and deploying cloud-based infrastructure (GCP or AWS preferred)
• 2+ years of operating infrastructure in Kubernetes and with containerization (e.g., Docker)
• 2+ years of programming experience in Go, Ruby, or Python
• Good knowledge of distributed systems, APIs, and scalable infrastructure
• Strong experience with configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, or other tools like Chef)
• A systems-oriented mindset around observability, consistency, failure modes, and concrete implementations
• A desire to work collaboratively
• Comfortable learning new technologies and practices
• Service-oriented and collaborative mindset
