Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and technically proficient Lead Cyber Security Architect to drive the design and implementation of enterprise-wide security architectures and initiatives. This senior-level role will lead the development of secure system architectures, frameworks, and roadmaps that align with the company’s business and IT strategies.
The ideal candidate is an expert in security frameworks, cloud security, risk management, and enterprise architecture, with a strong background in leading security transformations at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and evolution of enterprise security architecture to address emerging threats and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, cloud, and infrastructure teams to integrate security into technology solutions and roadmaps.
- Drive security architecture for cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-prem, hybrid, and containerized environments.
- Define and maintain security policies, standards, and reference architectures.
- Evaluate emerging security technologies and make recommendations for adoption.
- Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and gap analysis to improve the company’s security posture.
- Serve as a security advisor to enterprise projects and ensure alignment with security best practices.
- Mentor and lead junior architects and engineers in secure design principles.
- Collaborate with GRC, SOC, and DevSecOps teams to enforce controls and automation.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with at least 3+ years as a security architect in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong experience with cloud security architectures in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep understanding of network security, identity & access management (IAM), data protection, and encryption technologies.
- Proven knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, and MITRE ATT&CK.
- Experience with tools such as Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Tenable, or similar.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, SABSA, CCSP, TOGAF, AWS Security Specialty).
