Senior Designer

We’re looking for a senior designer to take ownership of client work and help guide the team delivering it. Brandbeet partners with companies to produce consistent, high quality design across digital channels and products. This role is for someone who can lead projects from start to finish, build strong client relationships, and support other designers along the way.

This is a fully remote role. You can work from anywhere, and we’re open to candidates based in US and EU time zones.

• Lead client accounts independently, from brief through delivery.
• Translate rough ideas into clear design directions and finished work.
• Communicate directly with clients and build trusted relationships.
• Collaborate with our PM and internal team to keep projects on track.
• Review work and maintain a high standard of design quality.
• Mentor and support junior and mid level designers.
• Help improve workflows and how we deliver work as a team.

• Clients feel confident working directly with you.
• Projects run smoothly and deadlines are met without drama.
• The work is thoughtful, consistent, and on brief.
• Designers feel supported and improve under your guidance.
• You spot problems early and help solve them.

• 4+ years in a senior design role within an agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showing digital and brand work.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and explaining design decisions.
• Able to manage multiple projects without losing attention to detail.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of other designers.
