Requirements

• 5+ years managing software engineering teams.
• 7+ years of software engineering experience as an individual contributor.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and engineering best practices.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical gaps.
• Commitment to developing high-performing teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
