Junior SDET at BairesDev

As a Junior SDET, apply your initial skills in coding and testing to develop and execute automated tests. This role involves contributing to the maintenance of test automation frameworks, enhancing your coding abilities, and gaining practical experience in quality assurance processes.

What you will do

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for various software applications.

- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects to the development team.

- Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in test automation.

- Collaborate with developers to ensure that test automation strategies are integrated into the software development lifecycle.

- Contribute to the maintenance of the test environment and test data.

- Assist in the integration of test automation into CI/CD pipelines.

What we are looking for

- 1+ year of experience in software testing or development.

- Good understanding of test automation tools and frameworks (like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).

- Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Cypress, or Java.

- Basic knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.

- Ability to write and maintain automated test scripts.

- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.

- Experience in bug tracking and reporting.

- Advanced level of English.
