** This job offer requires relocation to Spain (Barcelona)**

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect in large-scale, multi-country Genesys Cloud (CCaaS) implementations
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, network design, APIs, and data integration patterns.
• Experience designing AI/ML solution integrations, including conversational AI, LLMs, and analytics systems.
• Familiarity with insurance industry processes and regulatory frameworks preferred.
• The role includes designing a scalable, multi-country architecture and defining a clear strategy for the integration and usage of AI capabilities, both native to Genesys Cloud and/or external enterprise AI systems.

Requested deliverables:

• End-to-end Genesys CCaaS high level and detailed target architecture blueprint (logical, functional, and technical views incl diagrams) and detailed software design documents related to the supported domains and relevant modules.
• Solution rollout roadmaps by country based on context (business strategy, IT strategy, local constraints/requirements…)

• Design interoperability with existing enterprise solutions in collaboration with the respective solutions owners establishing architectural patterns for secure and efficient integration (through blueprints)
• Define AI usage framework incl boundaries/principles between Genesys native AI and external enterprise AI capabilities evaluating all implications of AI model placement (in-CCaaS vs external).
• Define required proof of concepts
