Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business & functional requirements
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
- Perform data analysis, gap analysis & process improvement
- Support UAT, sprint planning & Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau / Excel
- Work directly with US-based clients

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA
- Strong understanding of SQL & Data Analysis
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile & Scrum frameworks
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio
- Excellent communication & documentation skills
