Are you an expert in digital strategy ready to manage high-potential accounts? We are looking for a Digital Marketing Account Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. In this role, you will act as a consultant for "future unicorns," helping them scale their business through strategic PPC and digital advertising solutions.

The Role

  • Strategic Onboarding: Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
  • Campaign Optimization: Set up results-driven strategies designed for immediate impact and long-term performance sustainability.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and increasing ad spend based on customer objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze competitor trends and the digital ecosystem to position Google Ads as an integrated solution.


Requirements

  • Languages: Native-level Dutch (C2) and professional English (C1).
  • Experience: Approximately 20 months in digital marketing or sales, with a focus on client-facing environments.
  • Education: BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer data, and managing CRM tools.
  • Compliance: Awareness of local regulations and GDPR to ensure data privacy in all outreach activities.
