Xplore is seeking a hands‑on Network Operations (NOC) Team Lead to oversee daily NOC operations, including task assignment, scheduling, and performance management of the NOC team. In this role, you will serve as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert in Fixed Wireless, Fibre‑to‑the‑Premise, Satellite technologies, and core IP devices such as switches and UPS systems. The Team Lead will also perform NOC Specialist duties as operational needs require.
This position is based in Woodstock, NB, and the successful candidate must reside in or relocate to the Woodstock area or an approved neighbouring region. Relocation must be completed by the effective date of employment, as agreed upon with your Manager; failure to comply may result in disciplinary action up to and including revocation of the offer.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Assign tasks and manage workload to ensure timely completion
- Serve as the primary resource for NOC policies, procedures, and technical guidance
- Oversee performance management, including reviews, coaching, and quality monitoring
- Manage scheduling to ensure consistent coverage, including vacations and training
- Perform hands‑on NOC Specialist duties as operational needs require

- A relevant diploma/degree or an equivalent blend of education and hands‑on experience, including 2+ years operating LAN/WAN environments
- 2 years of industry related experience in an ISP NOC environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to think creatively and outside the box
