Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

This role is critical to the stability and evolution of our leading editorial messaging platform. You will own and enhance core pipelines, notifications, email systems, and platform orchestration. We are looking for an engineer who thrives on making autonomous architectural decisions and delivering resilient, efficient solutions at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Own & Improve: Drive the development of editorial and marketing messaging pipelines and tooling
• Architect: Make autonomous architectural decisions regarding the platform and lead deployments
• Scale: Enhance system observability and improve multi-region orchestration
• Optimize: Recommend technology, product, and cost optimizations to management
• Support: Participate in a lightweight on-call rotation (approx. every 6–8 weeks for 2 weeks)

• Full Stack Pro: You have strong, hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, Go, and AWS infrastructure
• Performance-Driven: You have a proven track record of optimizing system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborative: You possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a team environment
• Impact-Oriented: You enjoy improving tooling, pipelines, and overall developer efficiency
