We’re hiring a Backend / Platform Engineer to play a core role in building the backend infrastructure and shipping quickly. You’ll build the systems powering a commerce-enabled AI money companion in Ruby on Rails, integrating financial APIs and AI models that make the experience feel seamless and intelligent.
This is not a ticket-taking role. It’s high-impact, sleeves-rolled-up work where you shape the product experience from the ground up. You’ll turn early-stage chaos into scalable backend architecture and grow into a foundational technical leader as the team expands.
What You’ll Do
- Build and own backend systems powering an AI-driven money companion.
- Ship frequently across features, integrations, infrastructure, and data pipelines.
