Growth Science Capital (GSC) is a U.S.-based multi-brand consulting group led by CEO Jeremy Pollack. We build and scale advisory, AI consulting, and content-driven service brands.

Our portfolio includes:

We are building an internal marketing agency to power all GSC brands — and email marketing is one of our highest-leverage acquisition channels.

This is a fully remote position. We are specifically seeking talented email marketers located outside the United States who are comfortable working with U.S.-based leadership and clients.

Role Overview

We are hiring a systems-driven Email Marketing Manager to build and own our internal email marketing engine across all brands.

We currently invest $10,000+ per month in external email marketing vendors. Performance has been inconsistent. Our goal is to transition this function fully in-house by hiring a strong remote operator who can build infrastructure, drive results, and reduce long-term costs.

This is not a newsletter role.

This is a builder role focused on infrastructure, outbound systems, deliverability, and measurable pipeline generation.

What You Will DoBuild Internal Email Infrastructure
  • Architect outbound and inbound campaigns from scratch
  • Build cold email infrastructure (domains, DNS, inbox setup, warming, deliverability management)
  • Set up automation workflows and nurture sequences
  • Implement segmentation, tracking, and reporting systems
  • Document processes clearly (SOPs)
Launch & Optimize Campaigns
  • Create and optimize outbound sequences
  • Build inbound nurture flows and lead follow-ups
  • Improve deliverability, open rates, reply rates, and booked meetings
  • Run A/B testing and continuously improve performance
Oversee Vendor Transition (Short-Term)
  • Monitor performance of existing vendors
  • Evaluate results against defined benchmarks
  • Provide recommendations on whether to continue or discontinue vendors
  • Gradually replace vendor campaigns with internal execution
Core Objective (First 6–9 Months)
  • Launch high-performing in-house outbound campaigns
  • Establish stable, scalable email infrastructure
  • Generate consistent booked meetings
  • Reduce reliance on external vendors
  • Lower overall email marketing costs while improving results
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on email marketing experience
  • Proven experience building cold email infrastructure from scratch
  • Experience with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar
  • Strong understanding of deliverability best practices
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset
  • Strong written English
