Founding Product Manager - B2B SaaS Home Services

We are looking to appoint a founding Product Manager with a very early-stage B2B SaaS Co in the $600BN Home Services industry.

This is a PLG offering, and you’ll be working with a team of 7 Engineers and Designers and the Founder as they continue to build out their offering. We are looking for a PM who can vibe code and re-architect their PM processes with Cursor, Claude Code, etc. A strong technical or design background is essential for this position.

They are in the $1M-$5M ARR phase, so prior experience of being a 1st or early PM hire would be really helpful.

This role would suit a strong PM (Senior/Principal PM level) who would love the opportunity to step up and grow into a Product Leader capacity as the business grows.

Experience required for this role:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience (full lifecycle), ideally in a Technical, Data, or AI PM capacity.
• Experience leveraging Claude Code, Cursor, Context Engineering, etc.
• Experience building marketplace solutions (experience of working in the Home Services industry would be a major plus, but not essential).
• Strong B2B SaaS experience, taking products to market (0-1) in an early-stage or scale-up environment.
• Experience working in an environment that is relatively unstructured and bringing Product Management rigor to the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-stage Senior PM to join a young business, put their stamp on their Product Management practice, and elevate their career into a Product Leadership position in the next year or so.

Location – Fully remote USA

Compensation – $180k-$200k (Base and Bonus) + Equity
