Senior DevSecOps Engineer

📍 Location: Central Lisbon – Hybrid (2–3 days onsite/week)

• English B2 minimum
• French B2 minimum

• Already based in Portugal with a valid work permit

• Open to relocating to Lisbon (French required)

🧑 💻 Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar (or equivalent experience)
• Solid experience in DevSecOps / DevOps roles
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation

• Hands-on experience with containerized and Kubernetes-based environments
• Security-first mindset integrated into DevOps practices

🔹 What you’ll be doing

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate infrastructure and configuration using Ansible.
• Manage containerized workloads with Docker and orchestrate them in Kubernetes.
• Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
• Support development teams with GitLab and Jenkins.
• Manage artifacts and dependencies using JFrog.
• Write Bash scripts.
• Embed security best practices across the delivery lifecycle.
