You’ll join an elite team of ICPC World Finalists and ex-Big Tech architects in a relaxed, open-collar environment. This is a tech-first, zero-red-tape culture where you’ll work directly on the mission-critical, ultra-low latency infrastructure that powers the firm’s global trading strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and optimise the firm’s ultra-low latency trading network.
- Mitigate microbursts and shave nanoseconds off execution times across advanced routing and switching.
- Implement and tune complex multicast environments, BGP, and PTP (Precision Time Protocol).
- Collaborate with quants and FPGA engineers to align the network architecture with live trading strategies.

What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer within an HFT, Prop Shop, or ultra-low latency environment.
- Deep expertise with high-performance routing/switching hardware (e.g., Arista, Cisco Nexus, Layer 1).
- Strong grasp of low-level protocols (TCP/UDP, IP Multicast, BGP) and time synchronisation.
- Proficiency in Python or Ansible for network automation and monitoring.
