We’re hiring a Power BI Developer to build operational dashboards that directly support clinical and nursing leadership in making real-time decisions across care delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and own Power BI dashboards used by clinical leadership
• Connect reporting to live Ruby-based backend systems
• Develop structured data models to support performance tracking
• Define and shape KPI frameworks used in operational decision-making
• Translate backend application data into clear, business-facing insights
