Growth Strategy Lead for AI-Powered Entertainment Platform

Location: Marunouchi, Tokyo - directly connected to Tokyo Station via underground passageway (on-site only)

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00

Salary Range: ¥4,000,000 – ¥12,000,000 per year (depending on experience)

Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Japanese language skills are NOT required.

Environment You’ll Work In

• Dedicated BI team (Vietnam) performing advanced user behavior analysis
• Global development team (English communication)
• Data-driven decision culture
• Figma-based UI/UX collaboration
• AI-native working environment (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)

You will not operate blindly.

You will own growth metrics.

• Improve Retention
• Increase LTV
• Optimize Engagement
• Strengthen ARPU

You will work directly with BI, product, and engineering to design experiments and implement improvements.

This is a KPI ownership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy for the platform
• Translate BI insights into product and operational improvements
• Design and execute experiments (A/B tests, feature iterations)
• Collaborate via Figma on UI/UX improvements
• Optimize operational workflows using AI tools
• Support global expansion strategy

You are expected to think like an owner.
