📝 About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join a high-performing AI team working on production-grade AI systems, not demos or research-only projects.

This role is ideal for engineers who build LLM-powered products, work comfortably with evolving requirements, and take ownership from experimentation to deployment.

You will work alongside experienced AI engineers to design, build, deploy, and optimize AI systems used in real-world applications.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-powered systems (RAG pipelines, agents, chatbots, assistants).

• Build production-ready AI services and APIs using Python.
• Develop and maintain retrieval pipelines using vector databases.
• Work end-to-end: data → model → API → deployment → optimization.
• Optimize AI systems for performance, latency, and cost.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing platforms and services.
• Collaborate closely with other AI engineers in a fast-paced, ambiguity-friendly environment.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and continuous system improvements.

🎓Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) (OpenAI, LLaMA, Gemini, etc.).
• Practical experience building RAG systems and working with vector databases (FAISS, Chroma, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.).
• Experience building APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of production AI system design.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Comfortable working without rigid requirements and adapting quickly.

🤖AI & ML Background

• Applied experience in NLP and/or Computer Vision.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques.
• Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, or similar ML frameworks.

🔹Nice to Have

• Experience with agent-based or multi-agent systems.
• Exposure to MLOps tools (MLflow, CI/CD, monitoring).
• Experience with Arabic or multilingual AI systems.
• Knowledge of inference optimization (quantization, performance tuning).
