We're working with a premier full-scale digital transformation agency on this exciting opportunity.

As the lead creative force for our digital presence, you will bridge the gap between high-level brand storytelling and performance-driven product design. This is a high-impact role where you will own the user journey for enterprise-level audiences, utilizing tools like Figma, Hotjar, and Google Analytics to turn data-driven insights into beautiful, high-converting digital experiences.

The Role

• Take full ownership of the web experience, information architecture, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to drive growth for a global digital consultancy.

• Lead the evolution of a complex design system, ensuring scalability across multiple digital properties and high-performance landing pages.

• Design seamless user journeys for diverse audience segments, including enterprise buyers and technical evaluators, using A/B testing and performance metrics to iterate.

• Collaborate directly with executive leadership and branding experts to translate positioning strategy into high-fidelity UI and interactive layouts.

• Partner with cross-functional development and marketing teams to ensure flawless implementation of responsive, accessible, and high-performance designs.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of Senior Product Design or UX/UI experience, specifically focused on high-traffic B2B or enterprise-level marketing websites.

• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and experience building and maintaining robust, component-based Design Systems.

• Proven track record of using data-driven insights (Google Analytics, Heatmaps, User Testing) to achieve measurable conversion optimization results.

• Deep knowledge of web fundamentals, including responsive design principles, web accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization techniques.

• A portfolio and mindset that balances "pixel-perfect" visual craft with strategic business thinking to influence high-level company outcomes.
