Job Description


CEQUENS is looking for a Creative Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who can combine strong design skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing in a fast-paced SaaS environment.


As a Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for developing high-quality visual assets and campaign creatives across multiple channels, including landing pages, social media, and performance marketing campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to bring ideas to life and ensure all outputs align with CEQUENS’ brand and business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop creative assets for digital campaigns (social, ads, email, landing pages)
  • Create high-converting landing page designs optimized for performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals
  • Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance creative production and efficiency
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a creative/design role
  • Experience in SaaS or CPaaS industries is highly preferred
  • Previous agency experience is a strong plus
  • Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
  • Experience designing landing pages with a focus on conversion
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field
