- Create dialog architecture and interaction models
- Build prototypes and define conversational UX standards
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams
- Use user insights and data to improve experiences

- 3+ years designing chatbot and/or voice assistant experiences

Preferred: Dialogflow, Voiceflow, healthcare/regulated industry experience, WCAG knowledge.
