What you’ll do
You’ll design, build and scale high-performance microservices (mainly in Ruby) that serve a high-traffic platform. Working in an autonomous, cross-functional team, you’ll ship features, run experiments, monitor performance and continuously improve reliability and scalability.

- 7+ years’ experience in software development (strong OOP background)
- Experience building and deploying scalable, highly available backend services
- Comfortable in cross-functional teams and mentoring others
- Strong ownership mindset and product awareness
- Open to learning Ruby if not already experienced
