Role Product Engineer with focus on Mobile and Ipad App

Experience 3-5 years

Salary 40k-70k (depending on seniority and experience) + option pool to be discussed

Location Remote (GMT+/-4) , with off-sites every 2/3 months (last one: Georgia, Jan 2026) + Offices in Milan

We’re looking for a Product Engineer with focus on Mobile and iPad App, who combines strong engineering fundamentals with a real startup mindset. Someone who enjoys owning features end-to-end, shipping fast, and improving things through constant iteration.

What you'll do

• own and scale Flashka’s tech stack built on React and TypeScript
• develop and maintain intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using React Native
• work with emerging AI tools (from GPT to Claude) to create personalised learning solutions
• interact directly with students to learn more about their needs and requirements
• build and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment
• work directly with the data and design team

Requirements:

We’re looking for someone who combines technical excellence with a startup mindset:

• strong React Native experience (or strong mobile fundamentals + willingness to ramp fast)
• B2C experience building and scaling consumer-facing products
• comfortable working with ambiguity and moving fast
• excited about applying cutting-edge AI technologies to real-world problems
• ownership mindset, you take initiative and deliver results
