Roles & Responsibilities
AI/ML
- Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and workflows for advanced analytics and AIML solutions.
- Implement and maintain scalable ML and AI engineering frameworks to support enterprise-grade applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for data governance, security, and performance.
- Support infrastructure deployment for analytics platforms and AI solutions (good to have).

Data Engineering
- Design and implement robust data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Expertise in ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
Machine Learning (ML) Engineering
- Build, train, and deploy ML models at scale.
- Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Ability to optimize models for performance and accuracy.
AI Engineering
- Develop AI-driven solutions for predictive analytics and automation.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and frameworks.

Qualification & Experience
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Experience 8 years in Data Analytics domain
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure setup (Azure preferred).
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for MLAI workloads.
- Experience in CICD pipelines for data and ML solutions.
- Understanding of security and compliance in cloud deployments.
- Databricks and Microsoft Azure certifications (preferred).
- Knowledge Level - GenAI ML Expert, Platform Knowledge Intermediate
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
