Job Description
About HarmonyHR
HarmonyHR is an HRIS platform that helps companies automate HR operations and make better people decisions. We build modules for Core HR, access management, leave and sickness, onboarding, social benefits, HR analytics and reports, performance reviews (180/360/pulse/NPS), Surveys & Tests, and ATS. We work with international and regulated industries and offer both SaaS and on-premise deployment with a strong focus on security and fast implementation.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support our product, engineering, go-to-market, and operations teams. You will be a trusted partner to leaders and employees, shaping org design, performance and feedback cycles, growth and development, and day-to-day team health. You will work closely with the CEO and partner with Recruiting, L&D, and C&B to build scalable, people-first practices in a fast-moving environment.
What you will do
- Act as a people partner to 3–5 cross-functional teams, advising managers and team members on org design, role clarity, expectations, and performance topics.
- Guide team changes such as growth, restructuring, leadership transitions, and redistribution of responsibilities.
- Establish and run core people processes: workforce planning, hiring with Recruiting, structured onboarding and probation, performance and feedback cycles (180/360/pulse), goal setting, and offboarding.
- Facilitate team health conversations, retrospectives, and complex discussions with empathy and clear outcomes.
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment; promote transparent internal communication and effective team rituals (1:1s, all-hands, updates).
- Co-create job levels, grades, and salary bands with C&B; define fair review and bonus rules.
- Launch L&D practices: individual development plans, internal workshops, mentoring.
- Use our own HRIS modules (Reviews, Surveys, ATS) to run people processes and feed product teams with insights from real use.
- Build people analytics: headcount and hiring pipeline, time-to-hire, onboarding success, engagement and retention, exit reasons, and cost of hire.
- Support ethical and compliant handling of employee data in line with local regulations.
- Time allocation: approximately 70–80% partnering with assigned business units and 20–30% on strategic people projects.

- Strong communication and facilitation skills; calm under pressure; able to navigate ambiguity and difficult conversations.
- Data-driven mindset with sound judgment and high discretion in sensitive matters.
- Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher); experience with international teams.
