Job Description:

We are looking for a visionary and highly entrepreneurial Chief Product Officer (CPO) to define and drive our partner company’s product strategy across all business lines. You will shape the product vision, champion innovation, and scale delivery across diverse customer segments. This role requires strong strategic leadership, sharp product intuition, and the ability to execute cross-functionally in a fast-moving, early-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with BrickData’s long-term growth objectives.
• Identify high-impact AI and data opportunities across vertical SaaS markets and translate them into scalable, production-ready products.
• Lead product discovery from problem framing through solution design, validation, and market launch.
• Work closely with engineering to ship high-quality, AI-enabled features and ensure technical feasibility, scalability, and reliability.
• Oversee customer deployments, integrations, and onboarding to ensure successful go-lives and measurable business outcomes.
• Act as a technical bridge between product, engineering, and enterprise clients during implementation and rollout.
• Build feedback loops from customer usage, deployments, and market signals to continuously refine the product roadmap.
• Drive early-stage growth initiatives including positioning, messaging, partnerships, and customer acquisition strategy.
• Support revenue expansion by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and new vertical opportunities.

• Represent BrickData in client meetings, partner discussions, and strategic conversations with stakeholders.
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to measure product performance, deployment success, and growth impact.
• Operate with a founder’s mindset — taking full ownership of outcomes, solving problems proactively, and driving execution across functions.

Requirements:

• 7–15 years of experience across product, engineering, and/or growth
• Proven experience shipping SaaS or AI-powered systems to production
• Strong understanding of data platforms, APIs, and cloud environments
• Comfortable discussing infrastructure and technical architecture
• Demonstrated ability to drive growth in early-stage environments
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, data, or AI businesses preferred
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguity
• Strong executive presence and customer-facing confidence
• Willingness to relocate within the U.S. and travel frequently
