About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer (digital + print) to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading the visual execution of mission-driven campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms and print materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visuals that support fundraising, advocacy, education, and awareness initiatives, ultimately motivating audiences to take meaningful action such as donating, registering, or participating in events. The position begins as part-time or freelance, offering flexible hours during active campaign cycles, with the potential to grow into a full-time role based on performance and organizational needs. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with a small team of marketers and clients, ensuring high visual standards and brand consistency across all deliverables, while managing multiple projects efficiently in a remote environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within an agency setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Demonstrated experience with Canva, including template design
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with nonprofits or mission-driven organizations
- Strong skills in producing print-ready files and digital assets
- Familiarity with WordPress, Squarespace, MailChimp, Constant Contact, Capcut, and Adobe Premiere
- Experience designing ad creative for Meta/LinkedIn and collaborating on landing pages or funnels
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet connection
- Location in Central New York preferred but not mandatory

- Own the visual execution of digital and print campaigns aligned with organizational goals
- Create social media assets including static images, carousels, stories, reels, and ad variations
- Design branding materials such as logos, brand guidelines, fundraising toolkits, and print collateral like brochures, workbooks, and event collateral
- Develop website graphics, landing pages, and digital banners
- Provide creative solutions during client intake and throughout campaign execution to meet marketing and communication needs

- Communicate proactively with team members and clients to ensure project alignment and quality standards
- Lead design efforts across multiple accounts and coordinate support from team members as needed

- Manage time effectively in a fully remote environment, adhering to deadlines and project schedules
