Are you a CCNP-certified engineer looking for a permanent remote role? Join a rapidly growing UK-based technology consultancy and support enterprise clients in finance and media without leaving your home in the Philippines.
About the Role: We are expanding our 24/7 Network Operations Centre and looking for a Senior Technical Engineer to handle incident management, troubleshooting, and network changes for Managed Service customers. You will act as an individual contributor focused on technical execution rather than team management.
Work Setup:
- Work Arrangement: 100% Remote / Work from Home
- Schedule: Compressed Workweek (4 Days On, 3 Days Off)
- Initial Schedule: Early day shift: 3:30 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time (7:30 AM – 7:30 PM London Time).
- Working hours: 12-hour shifts, 4 days a week (48 hours/week).
- Flexibility: Must be open to rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support 24/7 operations.

The Non-Negotiables (Must Haves):
- Certification: You MUST hold a valid/active CCNP Certification.
- Experience: Previous experience in a 2nd-line support role within an IT Solutions Provider or MSP environment.
- Technical Skills: Experience troubleshooting BGP and performing firmware upgrades on switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with Aruba (Primary Ecosystem), Cisco, Palo Alto, Meraki, or Clearpass.
- Note: You do not need deep expertise in all five; strong skills in one (ideally Aruba) with an understanding of the others is acceptable.
