Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day data operations and deliver regular, ad-hoc, and management reports using dashboards and SQL.
Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based dashboards and reporting solutions using Metabase, Power BI, spreadsheets, or similar tools.
Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and business trends to ensure performance visibility across teams.
Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Maintain data documentation, metric definitions, and standardized reporting frameworks.
Ensure reporting consistency and alignment with defined SOPs and organizational guidelines.
Collaborate with data engineering and system teams to resolve data discrepancies and structural issues.
Translate business requirements into actionable analytical insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Identify trends, anomalies, performance gaps, and opportunities through structured analysis and root-cause investigation.
Apply analytical techniques such as SQL queries, pivot tables, formulas, and basic automation to generate meaningful outputs.
Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders across technical and business functions.
Continuously improve reporting workflows, data processes, and metric standardization practices.
Contribute to reporting automation and dashboard optimization initiatives.
Support the scaling of the Business Intelligence function to reduce single-point dependency risk.

Your Role in Our Mission

As an Executive – Business Intelligence, you will play a key role in strengthening FNmarkets’ reporting, analytics, and decision-support infrastructure. You will manage day-to-day data operations, deliver dashboards and reports, and transform raw data into structured insights that guide business decisions.

You will work closely with Product, Business Development, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, KPI alignment, and reporting consistency. This role requires analytical rigor, technical fluency in SQL and BI tools, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Data Operations & Reporting Delivery

  • Manage day-to-day data operations and deliver regular, ad-hoc, and management reports using dashboards and SQL.
  • Design, develop, and maintain SQL-based dashboards and reporting solutions using Metabase, Power BI, spreadsheets, or similar tools.
  • Monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and business trends to ensure performance visibility across teams.
  • Ensure reporting quality, intuitive dashboard design, and alignment with business standards.


Data Collection, Validation & Governance

  • Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Maintain data documentation, metric definitions, and standardized reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure reporting consistency and alignment with defined SOPs and organizational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with data engineering and system teams to resolve data discrepancies and structural issues.


Analytics & Insight Generation

  • Translate business requirements into actionable analytical insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, performance gaps, and opportunities through structured analysis and root-cause investigation.
  • Apply analytical techniques such as SQL queries, pivot tables, formulas, and basic automation to generate meaningful outputs.
  • Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders across technical and business functions.


Process Improvement & Optimization

  • Continuously improve reporting workflows, data processes, and metric standardization practices.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Business Intelligence-focused role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, validation, structured logic).
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in fintech, trading, financial services, or other data-driven environments.
  • Familiarity with KPI frameworks, automation techniques, or reporting optimization concepts.
  • Exposure to data quality management or analytics governance principles.
