We are an ambitious software studio based in Skopje, building high-performance mobile games, apps, and web platforms for the global market. We are looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer who will be the visual engine of our products. You won’t just design static layouts; you will create high-conversion ad creatives, edit dynamic social media videos, and craft seamless user interfaces for web and mobile. If you are an AI-native creator who can move fast across different platforms, this is your stage.
🛠️ WHAT YOU’LL BRING- Multi-Platform Design: Expert command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. You must be able to design clean, functional interfaces for both mobile apps and web.
- Video Production & Motion: Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or CapCut. You need to produce high-energy, engaging video ads and social media content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that grab attention in the first 3 seconds.
- AI-Native Workflow: Mastery of AI tools for visual and video generation (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, HeyGen, or Canva AI). We expect you to use AI to 10x your output quality and speed.
- Marketing & Conversion Focus: A deep understanding of what makes a "winning" ad. You will create app icons, store screenshots, and social media banners designed to maximize CTR and user acquisition.
- Social Media Savvy: Ability to adapt designs and video formats specifically for different platforms (IG, TikTok, FB, Web) while maintaining brand consistency.
- English Fluency: Excellent command of English (written and verbal) for an international working environment.
- Velocity: A mindset geared towards rapid prototyping and quick turnarounds without sacrificing quality.
