About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between business needs and technological solutions, helping clients navigate their digital journeys. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing existing processes, developing innovative digital concepts, and implementing tailored IT strategies. You will lead workshops, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support the development of software solutions that align with client objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital transformation principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving change in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field, with a clear understanding of digitalization as a key enabler for people and their goals.
• Initial practical experience in areas such as IT, Business Analysis, Project Management, ideally within a consulting environment.
