TopFoxx is a fast growing, women owned fashion startup reinventing the sunglasses industry with solution oriented designs and bold branding. Since 2016 we have grown from a bootstrapped e commerce brand to a global business serving hundreds of thousands of customers with an engaged community of influencers and creators.
We are not here to follow trends. We create them. Our sunglasses are tangle free, floatable, foldable, and sustainably made and we are just getting started.
This is a full stack recruiting role that requires strong communication, organizational, and evaluation skills. You will partner closely with our HR Manager and department heads to attract A player talent, refine our hiring systems, and help build a high performing remote team.
We are looking for a recruiter who hires only high quality candidates and knows how to evaluate talent through structured interviews, scorecards, and skills assessments. You must be able to ask the right questions, identify real ownership, and move strong candidates through the pipeline quickly.
This is not a passive resume screening role. You will be expected to build structured hiring systems, define role scorecards and KPIs, and partner with hiring managers to evaluate real performance, not just resumes.
In addition to recruiting, you will help build the structure that supports new hires once they join, including onboarding coordination, documentation, role scorecards, KPIs, and recruiting related SOPs.
You will help operationalize our culture within the hiring and onboarding process by turning TopFoxx values into clear hiring criteria, interview questions, and measurable success expectations for new hires.
Your success will be measured by the speed, organization, and quality of hires, the clarity of recruiting documentation and trackers, the quality and usability of role scorecards and KPIs, and how well the recruiting and onboarding process is systematized and repeatable.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Focus. Full Cycle Recruiting and Talent Pipeline
• Manage the end to end recruitment process across multiple roles and departments
• Write clear, role specific job descriptions aligned with TopFoxx standards
• Post and manage job ads across global hiring platforms
• Proactively source candidates and build organized talent pipelines
• Design and maintain structured interview processes for each role
• Create candidate scorecards and evaluation frameworks for objective hiring decisions
• Build skills assessments and role based tests that measure real job performance
• Conduct initial interviews focused on ownership, communication, execution, and culture fit
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain fast response times with candidates
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring documentation
• Continuously improve and systematize the recruiting workflow so it is repeatable and scalable
• Build and maintain recruiting SOPs, templates, and interview playbooks so hiring can be executed consistently
• Help define recruiting KPIs such as time to hire, pipeline conversion rates, and interview response speed

• Create role scorecards that define what success looks like in the first 30 60 90 days and beyond
• Define measurable KPIs for each role based on real outputs such as revenue, conversion rates, response times, task completion speed, or other performance metrics relevant to the function
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure every open role has clear success metrics before sourcing begins
• Ensure every role has clear culture alignment criteria so hiring decisions reinforce TopFoxx values

Onboarding Coordination and Recruiting Operations Support
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires including document collection and first week scheduling
• Prepare and organize onboarding materials, training guides, and role checklists
• Ensure new hires receive tools, access, and information on time
• Maintain organized digital employee records and candidate documentation
• Support interview scheduling and onboarding calendars
• Assist with basic HR documentation related to new hires
• Help maintain shared HR folders, hiring playbooks, and recruiting SOPs
• Support culture alignment by ensuring every candidate and new hire understands TopFoxx expectations and values
• Track onboarding progress against 30 60 90 day hiring milestones and flag delays
• Create and maintain onboarding checklists so every new hire has a consistent experience
• Help document initial performance KPIs for new hires so expectations are clear from day one
• Support quarterly performance review preparation for new hires by organizing scorecards, KPIs, and documentation as needed
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure new hires understand performance standards, communication expectations, and accountability from day one
This is coordination and documentation support. You are not responsible for owning company wide performance management.
Additional Administrative and Operational Support
• Provide ad hoc administrative support to the HR Manager and leadership as needed
• Assist with organizing documents, trackers, and shared folders
• Help maintain clean and up to date hiring and onboarding records
• Support scheduling, follow ups, and coordination tasks across the hiring process

What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience in startups, e commerce, or digital teams
• Strong ability to evaluate candidates using structured interviews and assessments
• Experience creating scorecards, interview frameworks, and hiring workflows
• Experience creating role scorecards and defining measurable success metrics for hires
• Ability to translate job responsibilities into clear, trackable KPIs
• Comfort organizing performance documentation for onboarding and review cycles
• Excellent written English for job posts, outreach, and candidate communication
• Highly organized with strong documentation and follow through
• Comfortable using Google Drive, spreadsheets, and hiring trackers
• Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast paced environment
• Proactive, detail oriented, and able to keep pipelines moving without constant supervision
• Passion for building strong teams and hiring high ownership individuals
• Experience maintaining recruiting trackers, documentation, or onboarding workflows is a strong plus
• Comfort creating SOPs, checklists, and templates to improve hiring consistency
• Strong judgment in evaluating culture fit, ownership, and accountability during the hiring process
