The Opportunity

You operate at the highest level of commercial and market strategy. 10x.team partners with leading frontier AI labs that require senior marketing leaders to help train next-generation AI models.

This is not campaign optimisation. This is not advisory work. This is model shaping.

You will help AI systems reason about market creation, competitive positioning, pricing power, capital-efficient growth, and cross-border expansion. Your commercial judgment becomes structured training infrastructure.

Your Mission

You will contribute to reinforcement learning from human feedback datasets focused on advanced commercial reasoning. You will:

  • Draft complex scenarios involving multi-market go-to-market strategy, pricing architecture, category design, brand vs performance trade-offs, and capital-constrained scaling.
  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for segmentation depth, positioning coherence, and economic realism.
  • Create prompt variants across contexts such as enterprise SaaS expansion, regulated market entry, multi-brand portfolio strategy, and pricing power erosion.

Profile

  • 10+ years of senior marketing or revenue leadership
  • Experience building or scaling revenue systems across multiple markets
  • Strong expertise across several domains such as pricing strategy, brand architecture, product marketing, performance growth, partnerships, category creation, or revenue operations
  • Ability to articulate commercial trade-offs and identify unrealistic growth assumptions quickly
