Join BeGig as a Conversational AI Architect and design end-to-end conversational systems. Your role goes beyond building chatbots—you’ll define conversation flows, architecture, and system behavior at scale.

Role Overview

As a Conversational AI Architect, you will:

• Design Conversational Systems: Architect chatbot and voice-based AI systems.
• Conversation Flow Design: Define intents, entities, fallback logic, and flows.
• LLM Integration: Implement LLM-driven conversational intelligence.

Technical Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years building conversational AI systems.
• Platforms: Experience with Dialogflow, Rasa, or LLM-based frameworks.
• LLMs: Strong understanding of prompt design and conversational context.
• Backend Integration: Experience integrating bots with APIs and services.
• UX Awareness: Understanding of conversational UX principles.
