We are a growing engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining self-service platforms for managing advertising campaigns with advanced reporting and forecasting capabilities — used by both internal and external users. As a QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solutions.

This role involves both test automation and manual testing in roughly equal proportion. You will write automated regression tests, but also perform hands-on exploratory and manual testing of new features. We believe the best QA engineers understand both sides — the precision of automated tests and the intuition behind exploratory manual testing. Our QA team is lean and growing, which means you'll have a real voice in shaping our testing processes, tools, and standards. We value initiative and ownership — you won't just execute predefined test cases, you'll help define how quality is built into our software development lifecycle.

You Will

• Perform manual and exploratory testing of newly developed features (frontend and backend)
• Design, develop, and maintain automated regression tests using Python, TypeScript, Cypress
• Contribute to the evolution of our test automation framework and testing processes

• Collaborate closely with developers, UX/UI designers, and product stakeholders to ensure quality of our software products
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and defect management
  
  

Requirements

Must have

• At least 3 years of experience in a QA role with hands-on test creation and execution
• Experience in at least 2 different companies/organizations (diverse project exposure)
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies and processes
• Hands-on experience with test automation for frontend applications
• Willingness to split time between automation and manual testing
• Technical skills: Python, pytest, API testing, Git, Linux basics
• Languages: English (B2+), Polish (B2+)

• Experience working in flexible, self-organizing teams
