We’re hiring a high-impact HR Business Partner to act as a true strategic partner to leadership.
This is not a transactional HR role. Our global partners handle local labor laws and payroll complexity. Your job is higher leverage.

What You’ll Actually Do

Have 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in fast-paced, remote or global environments.

Requirements
5+ years of HR experience, including experience partnering with leaders.
Strong background in employee relations, engagement, and organizational development.
Experience supporting remote and/or globally distributed teams.
Exceptional communication skills — calm, clear, and assertive across cultures.
Familiarity with modern HRIS tools (Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, HiBob, or similar).
