Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Test Engineer to join a Government Consulting company located in West TX through 100% onsite work. The Test Engineer will conduct environmental testing of aerospace/defense hardware, including vibration, thermal vacuum (TVAC), and acoustic test operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support planning, setup, and execution of vibration, TVAC, acoustic, and shock testing.
- Operate electrodynamic shakers, thermal vacuum chambers, and acoustic test facilities.
- Install and troubleshoot instrumentation including accelerometers, thermocouples, microphones, and strain gauges.
- Configure data acquisition systems and perform post‑test data analysis.
- Generate detailed test reports and support engineering teams with test findings.

- 2–5 years of experience in environmental test engineering or related testing roles.
