AI Engineer – Next-Gen AI Agents (Insurance)

Location: San Francisco, CA | On-site 5 days/week

Salary: $200K–$250K + equity | Visa sponsorship considered

What You’ll Do

• Design and run experiments to measure and improve AI agent performance
• Explore new agentic techniques (multi-agent systems, reasoning-from-feedback, etc.)
• Build tools and orchestration layers to deploy agents reliably in production
• Translate cutting-edge AI research into production experiments

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years building ML/AI systems at a high-growth tech company
• Strong Python skills and hands-on ML/AI experience

If you have a Masters or PhD related to AI and Machine Learning and agent building experience the 2 years of experience are not needed.
