Position: Graphic Design Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $19–$65/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects using Krita and Libresprite, from initial concept sketches to finalized visual assets.
• Document and clearly explain creative workflows, design decisions, and problem-solving approaches for AI training purposes.

• Organize and manage design files, layers, and assets for structured handoff and long-term usability.
• Apply advanced color correction, composition refinement, and asset preparation techniques to ensure high-quality output.
• Collaborate with team members to provide constructive feedback and contribute to shared design standards.
• Communicate design rationale effectively in both written and verbal formats.
