Analytics Engineer

We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to join our Insights Analytics team and take ownership of data quality, tracking correctness, and analytics requirements across product features.

✅ Responsibilities:

• Tracking Design: Define event schemas, naming conventions, and analytics requirements for new product features;
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with PMs, Frontend, and Backend engineers to ensure tracking logic is implemented correctly;

• Data Integrity: Validate the end-to-end pipeline (Frontend → Backend → Database → Snowflake) to prevent data loss or logic inconsistencies;
• Monitoring & Support: Detect and resolve tracking anomalies; support Insight Analysts by maintaining clean, structured data;
• Documentation: Maintain tracking plans, metric definitions, and data quality standards.

✅ Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Strong SQL, Python experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses;
• Expertise: Solid grasp of event-based tracking, data modeling, and ETL/ELT pipelines;
• Soft Skills: A "measure twice, cut once" mindset with the ability to translate product logic into technical data structures;
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work across engineering and product teams.
